Revenue.net is a service which caters to large sites. They offer a program called Domain Sponsor, which aims to help publishers monetize all aspects of their sites. While smaller sites can join the program, their returns will probably be tiny.However, they are very reliable about payments, so if you have site that gets a massive number of visits, check them out
Exitfuel offers large payouts ($3 CPM for single window popups, and $5 CPM for multiple windows). They also offer %10 of the revenue from people you refer. They also pay a flat rate of $5 for every user you refer. Clicksor pays by check or Paypal on the 15th of the month. The minimum for Paypal is $20, with $50 for payment by check.
